EFT focuses on the meridian points through tapping to restore balances to your emotional and physical well being. The treatment can help relieve stress, chronic pain, sadness, anger and other emotional issues.

This session is designed to offer you a physical and emotional release. The treatment begins with Bachs flowers remedy individually chosen based on your current emotions, the bespoke combination will lift your vibrational energy enabling you to feel relaxed and uplifted. A havening session will offer you the opportunity to start processing difficult emotions in a gentle way. The session closes with the reflexology and reiki blend treatment complimented with specifically chosen aromatherapy oils. You will leave the session feeling calmer and lighter 🙂
Young persons menu
I have worked with young people (from 4-18) for the past 14 years, I have both the skill and passion to help young people feel relaxed, comfortable and valued. Parents are invited to stay for sessions for children under the age of 14- Both girls and boys welcome
Anxiety support session £100 2 hours
Sessions begin with a relaxed discussion about feelings, any ongoing issues and the power of sensory release through touch, colour and smell.
The young person is then offered a choice of a Havening session or Emotional Freedom technique, both designed to give them a supported and gentle way to express difficult emotions- they will learn valuable strategies to become part of their self care kit.
The child/teenager will be treated to a combination of foot and facial reflexology designed to relax the mind and release tension in the body- the parent present will be invited to observe some of the techniques they can try at home.
**Please note these sessions are best suited for low level anxiety or emotional issues- for those in higher stage of anxiety or emotional distress more specific services are recommended.
Stress relieving holistic facial £35
This treatment is perfect for those aged 12 upwards, The holistic facial provides a gentle skin treatment for teenage skin, it's then followed by a stress relieving facial reflexology treatment aimed to reduce tension and increase relaxation- great for releasing tension,calming a busy mind and improving sleep.
Joint Parent and Child Spa session £65
This is the ultimate quality time 🙂 A fun and relaxing session to escape busy day to day life
Sessions begin with a relaxed discussion about feelings and the power of sensory release through touch, colour and smell.
Both you and your child are offered a choice between a mini facial and foot reflexology treatment while the other relaxes and chats with us- You both get a chance to try aspects of the treatment on each other so you can treat each other at home 🙂
Tiny Toes Baby Reflexage £40
A unique combination of of baby massage and baby reflexology suitable for a baby of 6 weeks to crawling time. I know from experience that sometimes it can be hard to get to baby classes. I offer 1-2-1 class where I welcome baby and either one or both parents to come to the session where I offer mum/dad the chance to talk about things have been and get some emotional support, I teach you two routines of your choice (choose from sleep and reassurance routine, colic and reflux routine and teething routine. The session lasts for an hour however I offer up to 30 minutes extra time free of charge if baby is unsettled or needs a feed/change. Handouts for the routine are emailed prior to the session and I am always happy to provide reminders via message/video after the session. This session is a great gift for a mum to be/new mum.
